At the end of the workshop, Shivangi will share an optional advanced program for those who want to go deeper — but there is zero obligation. The workshop is complete and valuable on its own.

Just a device (phone, tablet, or laptop), a stable internet connection, and a quiet, comfortable space. A journal is helpful to take notes. After registering, you’ll receive a Zoom link before the workshop starts.
